To have your deposit processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour, you must make your deposit and report it correctly. See the instructions below based on your bank and deposit method:
To report the deposit at your Point of Sale: In the Document ID field, enter the Transaction Number, which is up to 9 digits long.
Example (Document ID): MOV123456789
If the system does not automatically add the prefix MOV, type it manually before the digits.
If you deposit at Banco Azteca, your deposit amount must contain unique digits and include cents.
IMPORTANT: Banco Azteca does not generate reference numbers. For this reason, your deposit amount will serve as your reference.
